About Me

Shawn Coleman is a graduate of the Juilliard School and earned his Masters in Music from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Shawn was a delegate to the 2008 Democratic National Convention. Shawn has been a candidate for Boulder (CO) City Council, has been a spokesman for several ballot measures ranging from school bonds to social justice and has served as a member of the City of Boulder Downtown Management Commission. Shawn has also served as Principal Clarinetist of the Wyoming Symphony as well as the Faculties of Kinhaven Music School's Junior Session (Weston, VT.) Queens School of Music (Flushing, N.Y.) and Juilliard's Music Advancement Program (New York, N.Y.)
